Applications and issuance

Submitting an application is a request for coverage. Payment is verified before issuance. A paid receipt is not proof of active insurance. Coverage begins only when an approved policy is issued by the actual underwriting entity, with effective dates stated on your declarations page.

Product availability

Prices shown are the owner's business inputs, not a guarantee of coverage availability. Product terms, durations, deductibles, and eligibility vary by product and state and require owner approval. Only enabled products with approved terms and a working checkout mapping are offered for purchase.

Consent

By applying you consent to the current Terms, Privacy Policy, and payment schedule, and to verification of your payment and eligibility. The versions accepted are recorded with your application.
